Clint has a long history of involvement with the Business Chamber in a variety of roles. Clint has been involved in business in Cessnock for almost 20 years and currently owns and operates Hunter Print & Design a local print manufacturing firm. Clint also supports several family businesses Balloon Worx, Bella You Beauty & Cessnock Maintenance Services. “Our family operates four businesses within the Cessnock LGA employing 15 local people. I am proud of our town and am very passionate about business in Cessnock”
After studying a Bachelor of Business in Tourism, Natalie has been in venue based roles as Conference & Event Coordinator for Star City, Peppers Manor House and Sales and Marketing Manager for Raffertys Resort, Nelson Bay Golf Club and Cessnock Hospitality Group. Natalie has been on the other side of the spectrum by working as an Event Organiser for Macquarie Bank and the Australian Stock Horse Society. Currently working for Cessnock Hospitality Group as their Marketing Manager for Cessnock Leagues Club, Vincent St Kitchen and Bar, Paxton Bowling Club and Wine Country Motor Inn. This role encompasses website design, social media management, branding, B2B networking, AI market research, direct marketing, incentivisation and implementation. Natalie has joined the Chamber to help be an advocate for the Cessnock business community locally and statewide on both an economic and social aspects. Natalie is also on the HVWTA Business Events sub-committee and Domestic and Family Violence Network.
Rienna De Visser
Rienna joined the Chamber in 2014 after starting Exquisite Cakes by Lennert along with her husband Lennert a year earlier. Since that time she has held a number of positions on the Board being Vice President for 2 years and is now the Treasurer. Despite having sold Exquisite Cakes in 2019, Rienna remains on the board as a representative for the local AirBNB community hosts, as well as to further improve the town that she has made her home since 2007. Rienna currently works on the STOMP project as her main activity within the Cessnock Business Chamber.
In recent years, Geoff stepped back from full-time work and with his wife, Julie decided that after almost 20 years of operating their retail small business, to take the opportunity to explore new interests and activities. Besides his family, Geoff devotes his energy to involvement with the Cessnock community and is on a number of local boards and organisations, providing his knowledge, experience and learnings in assisting other businesses with their direction and strategies. Geoff has a Bachelor of Business, majoring in marketing & business management, is a Justice of the Peace and an advocate for local business. As the Membership Officer, Geoff provides assistance and encouragement to new business ventures while ensuring the needs of existing businesses and supporters of the Chamber are a consistent priority.
Matthew has been a great asset to the Board for many years now. A local business owner of Matthew Evans Podiatry & Sport Services, Matthew knows the importance of supporting small Business. Matt has been the lead role for the Laneway Project and has been involved in both the Cessnock STOMP Festival and the Cessnock Customer Service Awards.
Stacy Jacobs is the current Student Support Officer at Cessnock High School, which is a unique role working not only within the school, but within the community. Stacy is working as an education representative within the Cessnock Business Chamber. Stacy is highly passionate about promoting Cessnock and its amazing population whilst improving the social justice for all. Stacy is currently working within the Cessnock Customer Service Awards Team and on a project to highlight transport needs within Cessnock. Currently Stacy sits on the Boards of Cessnock PCYC and Cessnock Family Support Service whilst providing support for Cessnock Driving Success.
Anthony joined the Business Chamber in 2018 as the Town Coordinator and has supported all of the Chamber projects in the last 4 years. Anthony has been a leader in growing the Cessnock STOMP Festival and supporting board members in their project roles. Anthony has lived all his life in Cessnock and thrives on supporting locals be the best version of themselves. As a business mentor he supports and encourages many businesses in the local community.
