Over 600 metres of festival fun….it is the Hunter Valleys BIGGEST Street Party……OH…..and it is FREE entry.

What might you see at the festival? With over 600 meters of fun including local businesses, wineries, breweries, distilleries, food, kids rides, grape stomping, markets, local produce, music and other entertainment…it truly is a stomping grape time.

The Cessnock STOMP Festival is a must-see event themed around Food, Wine and Community that creates an event that engages locals as well as supports local businesses opening their doors to trade on the day, bridging the divide between the Cessnock and Pokolbin regions.

Market Stalls

The Cessnock STOMP Festival welcomes all types of stall holders. We look to ensure we have a wide variety of stalls and do put some limits on some items to ensure we are not flooding our visitors with the same items.

This year we have set up the festival for maximum exposure and have also introduced premium corner sites which will provide you with 2 sides to sell from rather than the single side. All market stalls are provided with 3 meters of festival for you to set up your gazebo, tables, and products. We will supply the space you supply the amazing setup.

The STOMP Festival brings over 15,000 people to town, be creative and make sure your stall is attractive for people to visit…. come on, join us for a stomping grape time.

All market stall holders must have a minimum of $10,000,000 public liability insurance, you will be required to supply this to us.

Food Stalls

We would love to have you along to help us feed over 15,000 mouths at the festival. We have Single Site they are 3 x 3 festival space for you to bring along your gazebo/marquee to cook your amazing food from. Oh wait, you have a food van? No problem, we have plenty of room for you. We have spaces available for 4, 7 and 10 meter food vans.

We want you to have a great time at the festival so we do try not to double up on some foods, we will monitor once bookings open.

Having over 150 stalls and over 15,000 people to look after, we would much prefer that you are self-sufficient with power, however if that is not possible, we will do have limited power supply available at a cost.

All food stall holders must have and supply to us your food handling certificates, public liability insurance and also notify Cessnock City Council that you are attending our event. You can do so at this link here – https://www.cessnock.nsw.gov.au/Business/Operating-a-business/Food-businesses

Alcohol Stalls

Come one, come all, the Cessnock STOMP Festival would love to host you at this year’s festival, Wineries, Breweries and Distilleries are all welcome at the STOMP Festival.

Again, this year we will be selling the Cessnock STOMP Festival tasting wine cups that can be used for both tastings and the selling of wine.

Here is what you need to know:

Wineries – You can do free or charged tastings of 30mls. You can also sell wine by the glass, to be consumed in the designated areas. We are currently working with NSW Police to firm up conditions on the event. You are also able to sell bottled takeaways, but these are not to be consumed onsite and we request that you supply them in a takeaway bag. We will supply with you a festival sticker to seal these items advising not for consumption on site.

Breweries – You can do free or charged tastings of 50mls. You can also sell beer by the cup, we are currently working with NSW Police on the conditions of the event. We would also love for you to sell bottled beer for takeaways only and they must be sold warm. We ask that you pop these takeaways into a bag that can have a festival sticker on it advising it is not for onsite consumption.

Distilleries – We would love to showcase all of your amazing Vodkas, Gins, Whisky and more. RWe are currently working with NSW Police and as soon as conditions are placed on the event we will have more of an understanding of the types of tastings and sales you will be able to have. Rest assured it will be an amazing event for you to be at to sell you products.

PLEASE NOTE

We will be working with NSW Police and the Liquor Licencing Officers to ensure that this event remains free from any issues or concerns. There will be conditions placed on our licence closer to the event which we will of course share with you.

All alcohol stalls must supply a copy of all RSA cards. All stalls must supply appropriate signage for your stall.
