Cessnock Family Support Service Inc.

Cessnock Family Support Service Inc has been supporting families in the Cessnock area since 1978. We are a not for profit service with DGR endorsement operating under the guidance of a volunteer community Management Committee. We provide parenting information, counselling and support to parents/carers to assist with parenting and the things that impact upon parenting. We do this by providing individual support and facilitating parenting programs. Cessnock Family Support Service is a free and confidential service. Participation with Cessnock Family Support is voluntary. Cessnock Family Support Service Inc sponsors the Cessnock Domestic and Family Violence Network and this networks activities including16 Days of Activism against Gendered Violence and the annual Cessnock Walks Kawuma event
