In 2020 we created the Commercial Premises Matrix. On a monthly basis an audit and review of the level of shop/office vacancies is undertaken in the Cessnock CBD precinct area, extending to Bellbird through to East Cessnock, with the expected outcomes being a concise and clear inventory, of the stock of real estate which is available at any time for prospective new business opportunities within the CBD.
